Nova88 provides users with the opportunity to bet on sporting events, cyber sports, virtual games. The bets are accepted in accordance with the established rules, which the user is obliged to study and comply with. Each bet must be placed before the start of the event, except in the case of live betting. In case of errors in the display of odds or results, the company reserves the right to cancel bets if it is determined that these errors could have affected the outcome or the behavior of the user.

The User is obliged to provide up-to-date, complete and accurate information when registering, including full name, residential address, date of birth, contact details and, if necessary, information on payment details. If any data changes, it must be updated in a timely manner. Incorrect, inaccurate or outdated information may result in account suspension, denial of withdrawal or complete account closure.

Nova88 reserves the right to request documents confirming the user’s identity, place of residence, and the legitimacy of the origin of the funds used. The verification procedure may require a copy of passport, utility bills, bank statements or other documents at the discretion of the company. If the user refuses to provide the required documents or it is determined that the data provided is inaccurate, the account will be blocked.

Nova88 may make changes to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to users. The updated rules come into force from the moment of publication on the company’s website. The user is obliged to follow the changes independently, as further use our services after the publication of new rules means their automatic acceptance. Bets made before the changes remain in force on the same terms, unless otherwise agreed separately.

The user is solely responsible for all activities carried out using their account. This includes, but is not limited to, placing bets, financial transactions, changing personal data and utilizing bonus offers. The company is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, user errors, misconduct of third parties or force majeure. If suspicious activity is detected, the administration reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the account until the verification is completed.

In order to use Nova88 services it is necessary to go through the registration procedure by creating a personal account. By registering, the user confirms that he/she is of legal age (at least 18 years of age or more, if it is stipulated by the legislation of the user’s jurisdiction) and has the right to participate in gambling. The user also agrees that the company may use the provided data for identity verification, security and regulatory requirements.

Account login and password are confidential information. The user is obliged to:

• Keep the data confidential and not to pass it on to third parties;
• Change the password regularly, at least once a month, to minimize the risk of unauthorized access;
• Use complex password combinations, including letters, numbers and special characters;
• Notify the Company immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or account compromise.

If third parties gain access to the account due to the user’s negligence, the user is liable.

Each user is allowed to have only one personal account. It is a violation of the rules to create multiple accounts in order to circumvent restrictions, receive additional bonuses or for other reasons. If such actions are detected, accounts will be merged or blocked at the discretion of the company.

The Company may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases:

• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities;
• Identification of false data during registration or subsequent transactions;
• Lack of activity for more than 12 consecutive months;
• Violation of terms of use, including attempts to manipulate betting results.

Upon account closure, the funds in the account will be returned to the owner.

Deposits are made via methods available on the site, including bank transfers, credit cards, e-wallets and cryptocurrencies. All transactions must be made using the user’s personal details.

In order to withdraw funds, you must pass the verification procedure by providing the requested documents. Withdrawal of funds is made only to those details from which the account was deposited earlier.

Nova88 does not charge commission for internal transactions, however, payment systems or banks may set their own rates. It is the user’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with such terms and conditions before making a transaction.

Users are prohibited from:

• Use third-party programs, bots or other technologies to gain an advantage when placing bets;
• Register several accounts for one person;
• Deposit funds, the origin of which may be recognized as illegal;
• Place bets using borrowed or stolen data;
• Attempt to hack Nova88, modify the software or tamper with the service.

The Company has the right at any time to check the activity of the user, request supporting documents, as well as temporarily suspend operations on the account. Such measures are aimed at ensuring fair play and protecting the interests of both the company and users.

If fraud, violations of the rules or illegal use of the platform is detected, the company may:

• Block the account without prior notice;
• Cancel the results of all bets placed in violation of the rules;
• Freeze the funds until the investigation is completed;
• Report the violation to law enforcement authorities.
